The Smart Department is a 1 woman operation run by a gal named Taylor. She is notorious for over-bidding jobs and thus rarely has enough work. If you are dumb enough to agree to her prices she will shake you down for more and more money every step of the way. She is a volatile and ruthless person who feels screwed over (by society). These types of people are dangerous because they can steal from people and feel justified (in their minds). I had the unfortunate experience of being in a business relationship with her (not by choice). I realized all of this going in and did everything in my power to be as nice as possible, give her free work, and free materials just to make sure that things were good. She would overcharge me for every last thing and ultimately stole a bunch of money from me at the first chance she got. She is a cold blooded malcontent....in the utmost. Stay away!
