AJ Palmer is an outstanding individual who was able to breakthrough my skepticism about solar with his professionalism and knowledge of the industry. He was very organized and listened intently, was able to answer and explain with precision all my questions and concerns. It only took one meeting and I was convinced. From start to finish, working with Sean Bendula from Empower was such a great experience. When we first decided to look into solar, we wanted to make sure we did our due diligence- we interviewed 4 companies, talked with our friends and co-workers about their experiences, and read as many reviews as we could. Working with Empower, specifically Sean, surpassed every expectation we had. He took the time to educate us on the process, answer my questions thoroughly no matter how many times I lobbed an “ok, but what about…” at him. For us, the project entailed getting a new roof - that aspect was completed in one day by the most meticulous crew - there was not one stray nail left anywhere! Navigating the town inspections, the electric company changing things over, installation, and even the app - I was kept in the loop every step but we didn’t have to get involved in the minutia of it, empower handled it all. The customer service is the best I’ve seen or experienced in a very long time. To come out on the other side of install still feeling like you have a friend at the other end of the phone to ask questions to if you have them is a really good feeling - this is not just a let me sell you something and walk away experience. It’s not just Sean, Stephanie was also incredible- talking to her over the phone also felt like I was talking to a friend who cared about my experience and was invested in my outcome. Kudos to Empower for having such great customer service and I’m so grateful for the team we worked with. We love the look of our panels and love the $0.00 electric bills just as much!

We have had so many solar reps come to our house and try to sell us solar which we were interested in but did not feel comfortable with any until AJ came to the house. He was knowledgeable and engaging in explaining all details of purchasing and leasing. AJ kept us informed every step of the way and was always prompt in addressing any concerns. Empower offered options and education about the panels as well as information about financing, credits and incentives. That whole picture from Dennis Mason made it easy to choose to have solar panels added to the house. The project was comprehensive, with removal of old roofing, new roof, panels and two trees removed. The folks at Empower were there the entire time ensuring wants and needs were met. Dennis coordinated everything and had tabs on the entire project whenever needed. I am really happy with the solar panels! The app is just what I had hoped to monitor production and function of the panels. The new roof is just gorgeous on the 1895 Victorian. Couldn't be happier with Empower Energy!
