The girls are legit so wonderful, I had issues with my uniforms and had to order them because my size isn't carried in store but the girls made everything so easy and were super apologetic about it. Only thing I really don't like is you can't actually call the store they have a weird third party call center in which you don't ever hear back from. Other than that regardless of the issue I really liked the store and the prices are reasonable

Amy is the best ! I’ve been having issues with allocation and uniforms since I started at Yale. She is the first and only associate to give me five star customer service. Her communication was efficient and in a timely manner. she is professional and goes above and beyond her job duties. Overall I’m a happy girl because of Amy! Thank you for being you Amy and don’t change ! People like me still appreciate great customer service !

So many complaints....The amount of time it takes to receive scrubs after ordering is ridiculous. I paid over $20 to have a couple scrubs delivered to me again ridiculous.
The options they have for scrubs are terrible. I received my order a couple days ago and the fit was way off and the material is super cheap and rough for what they charge. I'm not going be able to even wear them because they are so awful. I won't even bother to return them because there are no other options given to us. Unfortunately I will have to buy scrubs out of pocket.
I wish Yale would just give us the allowance in a check or let us send receipts to them after purchasing from a place that we want to use. If that's not possible give us other uniform stores to choose from. I will no longer use work hard dress right for future purchases.
