My experience is not bad as reviews. Got outta here in less than two hours. Receiver was nice to me. One star away for the reason of waiting half an hour outside to check in and nobody gonna help you backing up from busy street

This place it is one of the worst I have ever seen. It’s hard to back up and no body will help. You need to enter USPS property and you back up crossing the a busy street. The space at the 2 dock by side the railway is very tight. The man who is meet there is rude. The only good thing is they unload fast

Drivers Beware

Absolute joke of a place! There is no such thing as an appointment here! Show up early, and they tell you to wait on your appointment. Show up on time, still have to wait while other people who have later appointments get unloaded before you, Show up late, and they will work you in before the people who are on time for their appointments..

After a year of delivering here, I have had enough and will not be coming back after today..

Don't come here to deliver waiting to dock over 3 hr to dock is a nightmare extremely uncomfortable not for rookies. Zero stars for communication... buzzer don't work

Location is super tight with railway tracks and a metal railing on one side. Busy street, to back up you have to go inside the ups warehouse property which is on opposite side and then back up into these super narrow docks. Definitely need someone to watch traffic and back up or just spend some extra time. I got lucky they’ve unloaded me within 20 minutes but took me 20 minutes to back up. Watch out for those railway tracks.

Super tight place to parking and to get in you have to get into UPS driveway…UPS people are super bad I understand is a private driveway but why to be so mean again other drivers

Paper rolls unloading. Very slow and unfriendly recieving loader. Pretty tricky backing. Must turn from the Sackett Point Rd to the UPS driveway next to the railway crossing and then back up ACROSS THE ROAD WITH ACTIVE TRAFFIC into the loading docks. There are 2 docks but it's almost impossible to use both of them simultaneously. How long does it take to unload 8 rolls?

They are good at unloading the trailer. But I would say what today happened was very I expecting thing. I got late at delivery due to some reason. I know the place is tight for parking. But I was here near the dock of paper roll delivery. My truck was at side and there was a good way that any truck can enter back up and exit later on. But the receiver guy ( I don’t know his name ) time -13:15 Date -March 2nd 2023. Came near my truck and he banged it very bad and he was ready for a fight. I hereby wanted the management to look into matter. Thanks.
