Petonito's made us an absolutely beautiful and delicious cake for our wedding at Amarante's this summer. The cake tasting appointment was fun and when we asked to try more options, they were happy to provide. We highly recommend their Italian cream fillings, both are divine and made with a family recipe. Everyone we worked with was so sweet and caring. Definitely recommend this bakery!

Ordered a cannoli cake for a baby shower. Everyone was so sweet & helpful. I let them decide what to write on the cake and I’m so happy I did! So adorable. And everyone loved the cake!

I ordered platter of 3 dozen mini pastries for Easter dinner dessert. I was not disappointed! The presentation of the pastries on the platter was absolutely gorgeous. The pastries themselves were simply delicious and enjoyed by all! I would also like to thank Petonitos for all their community support. I do notice their presence at various functions on the Green and at the Senior Center. They make a difference. Thank you.

We ordered my mom’s birthday cake from Petonito’s this year, and they did an absolutely fantastic job! She requested a chocolate cake with strawberry mousse and whipped cream frosting that had a St. Patrick’s Day theme, and I was blown away when I saw the cake come out. Thank you for making her birthday so special! I couldn’t help but pick up some zeppole and cannoli while I was there, and I was impressed that the cannoli shells were homemade too. The zeppole were honestly some of the best I’ve had. Amazing job all around!

I have been using Petonito’s for years. I haven’t ordered a cake since the new owners purchased. I won’t be ordering a cake again.
1. The sweet girl that waits on you didn’t know what box to use for a 10” round . The older woman handed her the correct box. The girl said it doesn’t close. Yes. A cake box that won’t close. Plain white with no bakery name on it AND can’t close due to it not being deep enough to fit the cake. I said “you can’t close the box? “ The older woman said “ We tent it! You’re fine!”

2. Whipped cream frosting tasted older. Like the cake was made days ago & sat in the fridge.

3. The cake was dry.

4. The raspberry was thick & gummy either older or not of great quality?

5. I asked for two roses I got six roses. (Wasn’t a big deal)

Needless to say for a $50.00 10” round birthday cake that doesn’t fit in the plain white box I BARELY give this review a 3. Petonito’s used to be the old school Italian bakery quality you’d expect.

From the minute we met Mark we knew Petonito's was our decision. We loved how traditional he was & how it is a family owned business. It truly felt like he cared about every person that came in his pastry shop. He let us taste several cakes and fillings. Let me tell you, it was hard to choose! Mark and Adrianna made the process so easy & ensured us everything would look beautiful. LET ME TELL YOU, they were right! Not only was the cake gorgeous, we got endless compliments on how delicious our cake was (White cake with strawberry mouse filling for those wondering). We were able to rent out their cake stand, and it was definitely one of our best decisions. The cake was prettier than I could have ever dreamed. One of my best vendor choices! Thank you Petonito's for your beautiful and delicious work. I would highly recommend.

Ordered a small chocolate birthday cake and it was by far the best cake I have had in many years..the cake was moist,whipped frosting was perfect and the filling also. I'm not one to make reviews but felt the need to do so here..Great family atmosphere and everyone in a good mood..The chef even came out and shook my hand and introduced himself....Thank You Michael and I wish you the best with your baking adventure....
