I needed some inserts for a local newspaper, and I wanted to deal with a CT based company and not use a middle man. Although I drove 1 hour out of my way to grab my prints, ABC Marketing did exactly what I needed and more.

I created a PDF in Adobe Photoshop and send them the file. I wanted these quick and cheap, cut to 8.5x11 and double sided. I figured the skin tones/colors would be off, and the darker background on the front side would bleed into the lighter color on the other side. I was wrong. These prints went beyond my expectations, the skin hues and colors were as dead on as I needed them to be... on regular, non-glossy 20lb paper!

The turn around was very timely. Some other shops wanted 5-7 business days. I sent them the files on Monday, COLUMBUS DAY, a day most other shops have off, and they had them eady WEDNESDAY morning for pick up.

Finally, the price. My local copy shop is great, but they would have needed to send these out of state. A local corporation like Staples or Office Depot charges 50 cents for a single sided color. That'd be $1 double sided and they'd still look much worse. I paid around 10 cents for a higher quality print.

In summary, great quality work, fast turn around, local printer, and I saved 90% over going to a local corporation's print center.

ABC Printing/Marketing is basically just an over priced print shop. I walk in there the other day to have a simple file on my memory card printed. One single text print is all I needed, very simple. I usually do it myself and it takes me a whole 2 mins, but my printer was out of ink and I needed the copy right away.

Well, ABC told me that it would cost me $15!!! I thought they were joking. $15 for a piece of paper?! The woman went on to tell me how much work it was to download my file on their system, etc, etc, etc... She must of thought she was dealing with someone who is completely computer illiterate. I've taken IT courses, been doing Internet Marketing for years, building websites for local business, SEO, etc. I told her that it's a simple task and she knew it and please do not talk to me like I'm an idiot.

Conclusion. I went down the road to another printer and he did it for free. I handed him a couple dollars and a thank you.

The customer service at ABC marketing is excellent. They are quick to answer emails and go out of their way to help their customers.
