Keith was amazing to work with as he helped design a new kitchen for out 100 year old house. Excellent customer service as he personally helped pick out granite counter tops as well. We have referred him to several folks.

This is the worst costumer service I have ever encounter. I called to request a quote on 25JAN2020. The person who answer say "hey" appeared annoyed by the phone call. So I asked is this absolute countertops and he say "yeah" i said what a way to answer and the guy flipped saying "go aggravate someone else I don't need your fing business." I never in my life had an encounter like that. This is disrespectful to another level.
