We had extensive flood damage to our first floor after Hurricane milton. The entire ServePro was on the job the day after the hurricane. These guys traveled all the way from Connecticut. It took a week to fully clean it up but everything is now bone dry and the wood floors are stripped and the drywall is cut. Wonderful team everybody friendly. In particular I would like to highlight the job that Brayan, Jorge, Jim, Juan R and Juan G, as well as Jeff. These guys are workhorses!

Back on Christmas Day in 2022, I woke up to a few inches of water in my basement due to my water heater failing. To say it was disheartening on a day that should be pure joy is an understatement. However, Danielle, Jeff and Juan to the rescue! They made the process smooth and easy. Danielle was by my side from beginning to end. They were at my home by 10am cleaning up and setting up blowers/humidifiers. They left the blowers for 6 days and came back to check on them. Danielle also went out of her way to find me a plumber that would come to my home on Christmas morning. They did such an amazing job. I highly recommend this team to everyone!

This review is long overdue. Where do I begin.
I have never received such incredible service from any company as I did from Servpro of Shelton. Danielle and Chuck are angels that crossed my path in my desperate time of need. I called Danielle in tears, completely overwhelmed by the circumstances we were experiencing. She not only listened with a kind ear, and heart, but she directed me to the right individuals, namingly Chuck!! They expected absolutely nothing in return and have helped me tremendously with the issues I was having with my home, and there were several. With complete selflessness, they have guided me in all the right directions in order to get my home repaired properly. They have given me advice, referrals, recommendations and are still there for me when I need their help, at no cost. Not only are they still there to help, they have even reviewed photos that I have sent them of work done to my property, giving me the reassurance (based on what they could see) that the work looked good. They have done this completely out of the kindness of their hearts, expecting nothing in return. I have never worked with individuals who truly want to help in the way that Danielle and Chuck have. My anxiety was at an unhealthy level, to the point where I could not eat. Danielle listened and helped bring me peace. Chuck actually drove to my home, which is about an hour away, just to look at the issues and guide me in the right direction. He did so knowing he would not be doing the job because we were too far. It was a complete selfless act of kindness. This is the type of company that I will always recommend. They say that you go through life meeting angels that will guide you through your most difficult times. I can honestly say that Danielle and Chuck are my angels and I will forever be grateful for all the help they offered us with our home. We are finally in a much better place and our home is safe. This is ALL thanks to them. I would recommend them without hesitation. If you're looking for a Servpro location, look no further. They own a few franchises so if you are looking for help with your home, give them a call. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Thank you again, Danielle and Chuck.
