No integrity. They are an untrustworthy company and I would not recommend them to anyone. A glass shower door they produce spontaneously SHATTERED, glass everywhere into a million little pieces. It was because the inclusions in their glass. Stay away unless you want exploding glass everywhere

Would give 10 stars if I could. Our 12 year old shower door needed new seals and when we called customer service we got a live person right away who could help us. He (Kevin) sent the correct parts we needed at no charge. They arrived quickly, were easy to install, and now we're all set. Very pleased with the whole experience. I would highly recommend this company.

I’ve tried multiple times to set up an account. Left around 10 messages with the sales rep to get it started, even before they were understaffed. Never got a call or email back. Then their parent company, Oldcastle, calls and tried to set up an account with me for their other plant, and when I asked “Well what about Coral?”, they said “oh we have been getting complaints about them so we are just reaching out for our other plant directly.” That’s embarrassing and also pretty dumb, just go in and fix the issues, you’re a billion dollar company. Would’ve bought glass from here but instead I guess I’ll stick with the better customer service and quality at OTM glass and HMI cardinal. Shop elsewhere.

I thaut this was a perfect place I had it made until I had been there for nearly a year an all along I had problems with my supervisor but I put up with it instead of making a complaint because I was afraid I would lose my job it kept going on blaming things on me calling me a list trying to push things on me an so on finally I had enough so I went to human resources as soon as I came out I was escorted off the property fired because he new I was going to expose him an everyone knows he's wrong but no one cared enough to look into it I was thrown out like scrapes

Don't bother calling this company, they will not even quote a price over the phone unless you set up an account first! I've been in the construction business over 35 years and have never had a vendor that would not try to sell me their product before.
