We had had a good experience in the past with Todd’s putting in a hardwood floor. We went in a second time to get a carpet runner for our stairway. Todd was not helpful at all. The whole encounter was very unpleasant and our choices were greatly limited. We requested that someone come to our house and look at the project and were told they are too busy and that we could do the measurements ourselves. I left confused and discouraged. I was able to go to Lowe’s and get prompt, courteous and efficient service.

I was referred to Todd from a freind. Todd came out and gave me an estimate. The team he sent out to do the job were great. They found a problem area on my floor and advised me and helped get that problem fixed too. His prices are great and I am still happy with my floor 4 years later!!

This place is a complete joke. Shopper beware. Either the store is a front for something else or the guy has terrible customer service skills. Went in to pick out carpet to put in our home and there were two people "covering the store" for the owner. Asked for an estimate and he said the owner would call and confirm the appointment before he came. Never called. Luckily we were home. He maybe said 2 words. Mr. Personality. Then he never called the next day with the cost and date to do the job. It's now been 3 weeks. This is an absolute shame considering I like to give the local guy business. This gives small businesses a bad name.
