The clerk showed up at 5:45pm I have a 6 PM appointment to be unloaded. He seem like he had a little attitude but I deal with that type of person with kindness. Started unloading the truck at 7 PM but I’m fine with that. all said and done this young man unload the truck in about 30 minutes clean the trailer and he was very very pleasant when he approached the truck to give me my paperwork all turned out great. I don’t mind coming to the facility at all.

Super fast unloading...but this unload was at end of their day. Receiving dock is on other side of building, the west side. Please use proper English to speed things along, don't act dumb with foreign accent. It's a new building 3 miles past Volvo plant.

My experience delivering or dropping here have always been positive. The company I drove for dropped trailers here, and sometimes they were behind having empty ones available for pickup but never had an issue getting into a door quickly and getting unloaded. Staff was always professional and courteous.

Hey this guys are “super duper” friendly! I’m pleased to meet them. Don’t know what I did to em I was just making delivery but they seem like so “happy” that they would answer you when you ask em a single question. That’s how Mercedes’ does ? Holy Mercedes)) good luck with that. Hope to “come” here again !

Horrible experience with this place. I was fired because my daughter had pneumonia and was in route to DCH via ambulance. She could have died. I had an excuse from DCH and missed 2 days of work. When I returned, I was fired. I called everyday I was gone. They said I had an "attendance" issue. I'm sorry, bit if you have children that get deathly sick from an unsanitary daycare unexpectedly, don't work for this place. They really don't care

Terrible place, came to make a delivery and was told it would be atleast 2hrs before I got a door. Made a call to Dispatch got in a door and was not touched until I placed another call. Then the person unloading me had to leave and everyone else was at lunch. I had to wait even longer still here in door 2.5hrs later
