Amazing experience with AMR! Amazing results but what really stood out to me was the support I received throughout the tuning process. Chris Chan from AMR went above and beyond in every way. He went beyond business hours to assist me, answer my questions, and make sure that the process was done correctly. His vast knowledge about tuning was clear as he was assisting me throughout the process. It is clear that AMR tuning is the right choice, and if I decide to tune any other vehicle in the future, AMR is the obvious place to do it. They value each customer, their experience, and the ease of installation. I can not thank Chris, and AMR enough for going above and beyond to ensure my experience was a great one. 2020 Mercedes GLC 63 S, I was looking for a tune where I can easily run stage 1 with the ability to set back to stock when taking it into service. I also wanted to go ahead and get stage 2 so when my warranty is up in a year I can add down pipes and intake and simply drop in the already purchased stage 2.

AMR was recommended by another GLC 63 owner on an owners forum and I reached out to them.

It’s insane how fast they respond to any question and tech support!

I have been running the stage 1 with 93 for about a month and it is very noticeable and very reliable.

Got the AMR stage 1, Chris Chan has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process, I called him while installing since I wanted to be 100% sure Im doing it right, great customer service provided. Power difference is day and night, beast has been unleased. It only took 2m 23s for tune to go through, I have attached pic below. Please hit Chris if you thinking to get amr , must for my c450. Chris answered all the questions and Im loving this car even more now.

Chris went out of his way to work with me and get me just what I needed for me 2018 E63. I went with the comfort pro tuning suite, stage one and stage two 93 octane files and the CPC module. Coupled with a set of catless downpipes I now have the most ridiculous car I have ever had the pleasure of owning. The power upgrade and noises it makes was worth every penny.

I recently got my 2017 C43 Stage 2 tuned with burbles and couldn't be happier with the process. I was able to find and contact Norcal's AMR rep Chris Chan. From there, the process was extremely smooth as Chris was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had since this was the first time I was getting a tune. Chris came over to my house and flashed the car in around 2 minutes and it was ready to go. Post that, I can clearly feel the power upgrade, increased boost, and improved throttle response. Driving the car has been extremely fun, and I've run into zero issues with the tune at 60K Miles. If you ever have questions or need a tune for your Mercedes, Chris is the perfect guy to talk to.

This tune is awesome ! Definitely can feel the difference in power and response after the tune was flashed . It very simple to install on your own and of course if you have any issues the AMR team will quickly help you with problem!
