Excellent company with exceptional staff. Our elevator stopped working and the company was able to fit in a visit from Al to assess the problem. Al was very thorough, figured out the issue, ordered the part, and was able to return within two weeks to repair it. I am very happy with all the help from calling the great phone representative to Al and his assistant. Everyone was helpful and supportive. Thank you!

The evaluation was very professional and addressed our needs. We were in the process of moving and had to wait till our furniture arrived before the install could be done. Lisa, one of the girls in the office was great in helping us set the appointment up. The installer was very professional and did a thorough job installing our stairlift. He showed us how to use the chair safely and went over the features the chair offered. Great job overall!!

We really enjoyed working with Matt during the sales process. The installation and repair process has been bumpier. And the last too times people have come out, they have always been late. Most recently, It took them 5 days to come out to fix our unit. Not super ideal, when the only bathroom is on the 2nd floor.

I called on Monday, they came to the condo and gave an estimate on Tuesday and installed the unit Friday morning. The lift is very quiet. It moves very slowly and steadily up and down the rail. Very easy to operate and has a great warranty. It has been a super easy and positive experience.

The customer service woman I spoke with was very rude to my grandfather of 85 and me. And when I spoke with the owner he claims he knew her for 30 yrs and told me we were lying and declined to service their product. These people are very unprofessional. Be cautious. If I could go back I would have never had them do the install.
