Really disappointed, we purchased a couch from pottery barn about 15 years ago and it lasted that long. It held up incredibly well considering we have 3 small dogs. I was so pleased with the first couch we decided to buy again from them, this time a sleeper. Their color swatches never match the color you actually get but that was not the worst of it. This new sleeper couch just under $4,000 is crap quality. The cushions are not stuffed to the correct amount and the sewing job is very poor. It is such a shame the quality has gone completely down hill. I believe this will be our last purchase from them. So disappointing.

Disastrous experience with Pottery Barn. After speaking $8,000 on a sectional, it's been terrible. Their customer service is horrendous. The quality of their furniture is not what it has been. Never again!

I purchased a sectional from this store and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The salesperson, Lyhla, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect sofa to fit my needs. Not only did Lyhla have a great eye for design, but her friendly and approachable manner made the entire experience a breeze.
The sofa itself is just what I was looking for and has exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and style. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and would like to give a special shout-out to Lyhla for making it such a positive experience. Somehow PB seems to think that when they refund you they can keep the taxes you paid.... be mindful of refunds from PB- check to ensure you are FULLY refunded. I've been on the phone now for 43 minutes on hold with a rep while she gets permission from the leadership to approve a refund of the taxes I paid on returned furniture.... AND WOW- call was just disconnected!

Have to give it 5 stars for the fact that its still open. we are at risk of losing these kind of high quality furniture retailers where we can test pieces out in person and order proper white glove delivery. location is farily small but the have enough selection to make a solid purchase decision. Internet furniture just isnt built to this standard

This was my first time there. I was in the market for a sofa. This place was ok. The sales girl was attentive but to be an outlet it seemed a bit over price . I may as well purchased from a main store. The sofa selection was a part of this and a piece of that nothing worth purchasing
