Kept saying I was going to do this review and now here I am. I went about a month ago. I was helped by a beautiful person names Lauren. She was so helpful and she actually went above any beyond to help me locate a product I was going crazy looking for online. The best thing I like about my amazing experience with this particular store and employee is I am a woman of color. We all know this is a higher scale store. I can't tell you how many times I have walked into expensive stores and was literally looked over as if I didn't have the money to spend there. This was amazing and made me feel really good and confident enough to recommend this to my other friends. I even stopped in the Westport Connecticut location. I didn't get their employees names but they were the same as well. The lady was loud as ever but that because she was making sure she greeted me and acknowledged me. I love this company and kudos to all your employees especially Lauren for their outstanding costumer service and treatment to ALL people who walk through the William Sonoma Doors!

WS is a legacy brand to which I’ve returned over the decades to purchase special gifts for loved ones. So many memories and good consumer experiences in the past purchasing curated quality cookware, kitchenware and home goods. So when it was time to purchase a wedding gift for a very special couple I did not hesitate. I ordered expensive patio furniture. The website said the furniture was in stock to be delivered within two weeks. I even selected a color that was available in stock. When it wasn’t delivered to the wedding couple within the timeframe, I called WS and was then told it had gone into back order and that it would take about additional months. I expressed shock and disappointment that WS had failed to contact me to tell me about the delay considering it was an expensive wedding gift. The order included a gift message so it was well documented that it was a wedding gift. The Rep apologized. I canceled the order and he confirmed it that the order was indeed cancelled. I then went to a different business and ordered a different but equally expensive wedding gift (over a thousand dollars) that was then delivered to the couple. Then! To my shock. A month and a half later the couple called in glee to thank us for the WS patio furniture that had just been delivered to them. I immediately called WS to ask why they delivered and charged me for a canceled order, but they acted clueless as to how it had happened. They said that we would need to return the furniture to in order to get a refund. I explained that it had been ordered as a wedding gift and that I had canceled the order because of their stocking mistake and had then purchased another wedding gift elsewhere. They ignored the cancellation and then delivered it months later at my expense, and then put me in a delicate position. How could I possibly go and take that gift back from the couple? No way!! Would you They insisted on charging me ( over a thousand dollars) and took no responsibility for their error and miserable customer service. Their website had said it was in stock, yet but it wasn’t. They took my order, then took my cancellation, but then they proceeded to send the cancelled order to the couple and charge me for it anyway months later. . When I called for help the WS supervisor was very hard and rude. She talked over me and did not at all try to help in ANY way. She attempted to act as if I didn’t matter. Beware of making big purchases at Williams Sonoma. This is NOT the WS of years gone by, sadly. Don’t be fooled

Cathy(?), assisted us in finding a good quality air fryer/toaster oven/everything.....all in one. She was on point, fair, knowledgeable and stated she actually had what we were looking at.
Sure.
It's pricey.
But.
Quality is what we wanted. And we got it.
We love this store, and haven't been disappointed with any of our purchases.
Merry Christmas!
🎄 And happy shopping.

Small location but the expected williams sonoma quality. I shop here often and have experienced no racial prejudice whatsoever as another reviewer claims they experienced. Staff seems to try to read whether or not you want to be bothered while shopping and acts accordingly. I do get the sense they are significantly understaffed and are trying to do the best they can. I doubt this location does a whole lot of business so I am glad its still here and open!

Walked in with my black family and absolutely no one asked us for assistance. Two white young men walked in after us the guy behind the counter ran up to them asking if they need any help finding things. My husband wasn’t aware so picked up wine glasses and a wine opener then headed to the register. I walked up and told him what took place and took the items from his hands. Informing him that we would not be giving this store our money. So sad this is still happening.

I called ahead of time to see if they had a specific Vitamix Juicer in-stock and spoke to an amazingly sweet woman named, Kathy. She put it on hold for me and when I got there she was so sweet, and helpful and made my holiday shopping so easy and pleasant.
