I think the battle has been won! Crossing my fingers that the mice are finally gone from the basement. Ed Lavery and Sons (Eric, Paul, Tom, John and Sean), are the best, nicest, and they know what they are doing. I had moved into a condo that had mice in the basement, and the guys set traps, blocked openings and it has been 7 months since the last corpse was removed from a trap. I pay monthly for service and it is well worth it. I have mostly had Sean come to the house and he is such a sweetie and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ed Lavery and Sons. They go above and beyond and are always available to answer questions or come out immediately. Thank you!

Hearing scratching in your attic at night is never good, but hiring Ed Lavery & Sons Pest Control makes it soo much better on every level!

I was able to get an appointment quickly and the communication about the initial/follow-up services offered was clear and unpressured - and I loved how they kept me up to date on exactly when my technician would arrive (down to the minute!).

My technician, Paul, was professional, efficient, neat, thorough and friendly. Plus, no more mice makes me a happy customer!

Update on Feb 26th, 2025: had a follow-up for our mouse in the house problem this week. It was technician Sean who came out again. I was very happy to see him! He has seen the situation & has patiently heard my worries, I didn't have to go over everything with someone new.
Very happy with the service. Sean explains things, like how he knows when dropping are old vs new, what can take the food from the traps, etc. I'm learning something new each time.
We had another very large company come out to give an estimate for clean-up from the mouse damages above our garage/living room. That was a terrible experience; not only were they going to "solve" my life's problems, but the person could've talked me into buying a Maserati if I had had the resources. Very smooth & friendly, until I didn't sign on his tablet for thousands of dollars of "work" that he claimed would secure my home so much better than Ed Lavery & Sons had. Tried to get me to leave Ed Lavery & Sons for this big business contract. The other person from that company basically said no, we can't clean this up for you unless you sign a contract with us for yearly pest control. Not only that, but he hit our car when he pulled into the driveway & thought nothing of it!! Ed Lavery & Sons is still 5 stars in our book.

The technician, Sean, that visited my home was excellent! Very knowledgable, very thorough. Showed me exactly where the entry points of the little critters may be and what they could do about it. He did not try to sell me services that I don't need, which I very much appreciate!!

Very professional on time to the point you can tell very experience in the trade. A very thorough inspection from basement to attic and around the outside of the house. Lots of tips on preventing pest from entering the house. A great experience and a education on how to keep pest out. Glad I call Ed Lavery & Sons highly recommend.
