DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 4 chafing dish sets and got not only confirmation of shipping. Instead I received 4 cocktail lamp bases! When I called to inquire I was told there was an error and that a refund will be submitted. Terrible customer service. A business with deceptive practices and making false advertisement.

We ordered 6 frothing tins in 2 sizes. The small ones were not labeled properly and are smaller than advertised. The large ones were much bigger than expected. We attempted to return them UNUSED in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING and we're told we have to pay a significant restocking fee and return shipping fee. After the fees, we will recoup less than 50% of our cost. When I called, I was told if the items are dropped shipped when you order off the website, you have to pay a restocking fee and return shipping. And also in the return policy it states if you want to know an item has dropped shipped or not you have to call ahead before you order it. So basically if you want to avoid losing a significant amount of money in the event of a return, you have to call first to make sure items are not drop shipped before you place your order. Absolutely ridiculous return policy and completely unethical. Websites that use drop shipping are misleading you to believe that they have a warehouse when in essence they are just passing your order on to a third party. BUYER BEWARE!!

They don't accept credit cards for large purchases... and they should disclose it right the way. Instead of trying to push people to PayPal and wasting time. Two attempts to buy 9k in equipment, two different credit cards and 10 days exchanging emails to realize that they are awful.

I wish I had read these reviews before my purchase. I ordered a pretty simple list of things, some 1/6 pans, a few platters and tongs . The website indicated that everything was in stock. A full month later to 2 unanswerd emails to customer service, I have requested a cancel and refund. Let's see how long that takes! Ordering online can be be so convenient - until it's not. Great job guys!

And as of 3/7 they still haven't refunded my payment (although they did comment on my review!)

Wow, this company is a joke. Joe v seems to be withholding my refund because of my negative review. I'm glad I used PayPal for my purchase - will have to open a case with them to get my money back. Learn from my mistake and don't give your money to this clown act.

Found the product I wanted on their website. I submitted a question on the same same site and waited four hours. Since I didn't receive a timely response, I called and spoke to customer service. He couldn't answer my question at that time. This wasn't a problem. I simply asked him to call me back when he had an answer. He did in a timely manner. We got everything settled and I placed and paid in full for a several thousand dollar order that would take 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. Two days later I received an e-mail that said there was an error and my purchase price had increased by 15%. After a review by management they decided not to honor the quote they supplied and accepted payment. Currently, I am waiting for my credit card to be reimbursed. If anyone has any questions or wants more information concerning this matter, please feel free to leave a message at (484) 366 -1050. I'll get back to you in a timely manner.
Edit - Credit card was refunded.

I agree with other reviewers. Ordered a water filter on 5/9/22 after approximately three weeks without a shipping notice or status update, I contacted them. Was told a status update could not be given since it was being shipped direct from manufacturer. After no further correspondence, on 7/22/22 I asked for a refund.

If you are getting shipment from these guys don’t trust their tracking system first of all its not accurate and second thing for any reason you want to cancel or return product you have to pay all transit cost

Terrible customer service! Purchased a part from them online, stating it was the correct part and model number for our stove top range in our kitchen. Not only did they send the wrong part, I had to pay a restocking fee as well as shipping and handling to send the wrong part back. They would not cover any of the shipping and handling or cover the cost of the correct part. When I called to speak to someone about this the lady on the phone said "That's the facts, we don't cover any returns and we will not cover to have the correct part sent". Which she then hung up on me not letting me say anything in return. Will not be purchasing anything from them in the future.
