I recently bought and renovated my first condo, which included fully re-doing the kitchen. When I began looking into buying appliances, my parents recommended I contact Chris S. at P.C. Richard & Son in Newington, as they had worked with him before and said he was knowledgeable and efficient. And they were not wrong!

As a first-time home buyer who had never purchased kitchen appliances before, Chris explained to me the differences between all the various makes and models of refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, and microwaves. He helped me select models based on my needs and budget, while maintaining quality. Due to unforeseen issues with spacing, I needed to switch out a couple of the appliances I had initially selected for other models of different sizes, and Chris was happy to make those adjustments. Whenever I reached out to him with a question, he would also respond to me within a day (or many times even sooner) via call, text, or email. I also had to delay my delivery date several times, and Chris did this without issue. Chris kept in touch until the day that my appliances were delivered, and continued to follow-up afterward to make sure I was satisfied.

I would highly recommend Chris S. and P.C. Richard & Son of Newington for all of your appliance needs. I now have a brand new kitchen with beautiful appliances that Iove!

Dean were extremely helpful to me and picking out new speakers for my car. Much better than Best Buy. I was able to listen to the speakers before deciding. Installation is way less expensive than other places including Best Buy. Just a much more friendlier supportive atmosphere.

I would never purchase appliances from PC ever again. My builder for my house forced me to use PC richard, and I got washer, drier, fridge, stove, and dishwasher. All appliances are only 3 years old, and the fridge has had to be repaired 3 times, drier once, and now the dishwasher is broken. I know I asked for the warranty on all appliances, and I called to have the dishwasher repaired, and the sales rep didn't put it on the dishwasher, but every other piece I got from them has it. I asked to speak to a manager, as this was clearly a mistake by the sales rep at the time of the sale, and he said "well how do I know that?" Well, common sense would prove that clearly every item was meant to have a warranty, and only one didn't have it on there! I do NOT recommend purchasing appliances from this company.
