I would rate this company at ZERO stars if that were an option. Poor CPAP supplies. Their repeated early morning calls to my home despite my frequent requests not to be called amount to harassment. Could not be worse.

This business sent my spouse goods that she did not solicit and they are attempting to bill her for them. We have spent over a month attempting to resolve this, and Apria has been unresponsive and impossible to work with.

The whole experience was disappointing. Sleep coach wasn't helpful for first time users. Didn't allow to try out few different masks. The person initially providing the equipment shared that it will be covered by Insurance only for a bill from Apria a month later. Will not recommend

I have to say that Mary Jakubczyk was a complete gem. From the way she answered the phone to helping me get my order processed. She was AMAZING. More companies need employees/ staff like her. She is the prime example of great customer service and she provides it with kindness and love. You can tell she does her job because she cares. Thank you Mary 😊

Very shady billing practices! you all are warned now make sure you read before paying for anything! they will bill your insurance company and still bill you. Once you pay them good luck getting a refund or speaking to any one that doesn't have a foreign accent. I was sent to collections and now am at risk of hurting my perfect credit score because they charged me and my insurance company... we both paid on time and they still sent me to collections!!! how can you get payment from my health insurance and still charge me! and not only that send me to collections for paying on time!! very very shady billing has been on going battle for months for a low amount with no resolve! But they have no problem calling me weekly to pay for more equipment!

I spent forever on the phone with them and still have no idea when I will get my CPAP supplies. So, I am not happy with them so far. Maybe they will be better after I am established with them.

I just made my 5th call to Apria for my c-pap supplies. I also changed my delivery address each and every time I called. NOBODY took out my wrong address and they kept sending my supplies to the old address. I'm fed up and looking elsewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND APRIA
