Needless to say Santek waste services are not at all customer friendly. Almost every time they come to my home there is trash left on ground in yard and street. My trash can and recycling bin are always knocked over and never standing up right. These pictures are not only of our neighborhood and my home, but also of those in surrounding areas. I have called on multiple occasions and now they won’t even answer when I call. I pay out of pocket for these services and am highly disappointed, unsatisfied, and just want Santek to be more respectful of our neighborhoods. They need to stop leaving trash in yards and roads, and to do a better job. We deserve to have a satisfied experience, especially when we pay them ourselves. I want a call back and want this company to be better all around.

The driver was seen to come off the truck and deliberately left the trash can open on my driveway. Would rate zero!

IF I COULD GIVE U LESS THAN 1 STAR, I WOULD. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A TRASH PICKUP THIS MONTH AND HAVE NOT BEEN LATE WITH PAYMENT. I AM THE FIRST HOUSE IN MY SD. HOW IN THE HE** CAN U BYPASS THE FIRST HOUSE IN A SD? I CALLED TODAY TO DEMAND MY TRASH GET PICKED UP AND SPOKE WITH A REP. THIS IS VERY POOR SERVICE. I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO DRIVE MY TRASH TO GARDENDALE FOR IT TO BE TAKEN OFF MY PROPERTY?

The actual Dump and the people working that site are really fantastic. however, the trash pick up route portion of what we are billed for quarterly, is far from being even an average service. The times change all the time. I used to put it out at lunch and it was picked up after 1pm, but then we have days where the truck drives by at 8 AM. Then there are also days where we dont even get a truck, and we have to hope that we space to go another week. I under stand that the trucks will to capacity and have to go for drop off, but to completely not service your customer for a week is unprofessional.

I called Santek today August 4, 2020 and asked about an additional trash can that I ordered 6 weeks ago. Six weeks ago I was told they have new customers and they would get to me. Six weeks later, I was hung up on 3 times; twice by Melody and once by someone else. I was told that I need to calm down or they won’t help me. I was also told that they have new customers that need to be served first. I’m an existing customer...what about that. The service is poor, the customer service is worse, but my bill is collected (on time) each month. I am angry as hell!!!!!!

I called to have service on 8-14-20. Took my money out on the 15th. I have went 2 weeks with no garbage can delivered yet! The lady on the phone has been nice but still no garbage can so no trash pickup but they have my money. Is there any other company that works this area...Sugar Ridge Rd Morris AL?

Unreliable pickup service. Been trying to get trash picked up over a week.
They missed during the holiday week. They did not just miss my house. They missed the entire neighborhood. I have called everyday and have been told everyday that they would be out today. I guess they do not know what today means. I am presenting our continued issues with the city in hopes the contract is up for renewal soon.

I would love to rate them a zero. There has been weeks where they didn’t even pick up our trash. This week they threw the whole bin in their truck and the best I can get is a new one in 3-5 business days, so possibly a whole week and in the MIDDLE of summer. All they did when I complained about that time being unacceptable is get loud with me and say they had no supervisor on site.
