The food is ok for fast food. The day l stopped by, you could only order from the kiosk eliminating your interaction with the employees so as customer service is concerned it sucks! No Hello, smiles...nothing!
The condiments station needed refilling and l had to ask for items to eat my food. I can go on but what's the point!

I hate this location! They are so disorganized and clearly don’t care. The employees are rude, off putting, and clearly don’t want to be there. This last time I had employees check in my mobile order and instead of telling their fellow employees what was going on, they left for the night and kept me waiting for 15 minutes after they ignored me for almost 5 minutes. Garbage location with useless staff!

Where is the love they refused to personally take my order referring me directly to the touch screen. Then they forgot my sauce and soda. No chitchat or even acknowledgement of any kind from fellow customers. No atmosphere. No sense of friendliness of community nobody cares was the general vibe. The food was delicious tho I had the chulupas both chicken and steak the steak one was better and a Doritos locos taco delicious with an exotic dragon fruit brisk ice tea also delicious. Altogether I spent an hour's NYC minimum wage pay of $16 for loveless delicious food.

Waited 40+ minutes because only 3 people were working - no manager, and one new employee. Even after all that time the food was cold. Management needs to do way better. Also $30 for three food items and two drinks?

The food is like your average Taco Bell.
However, this time, my party ordered a chalupa supreme but since we don’t eat meat, we clearly stated to replace it with beans. You guessed it, they didn’t read it properly and gave us chicken when we confirmed at least 3 times. Yes, it may be a fast food chain but out of respect, please hire people who can read, thank you.

In my last 2 visits, male toilet soap dispenser didn't work and its yikes situation to ask help for the same.
They often forget to add fire sauce in your order too. Tables are not cleaned frequently as well.
