If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. For one the office is extremely disorganized, got my address wrong even though it had been double checked before. Then we were never informed about an arrival time. Further, it was clearly communicated that we have an existing fireplace. We had a licensed and bonded plumber out here to make sure everything is to code and pressure test passed over several days with no issue. Long story short after being told the technician would give me a call with estimated arrival time - technician shows up WITH NO notice at all he then has an attitude with my husband tricking him into agreeing with things that very apparent my husband had no idea what he even meant - to then come to the conclusion he won’t hook up the propane tank. After hearing of the issues and heading back to the house I contacted our plumber who then called someone in their office at first he said he would hook up the propane. He asked me what he did wrong for me to be upset - I explained it to him. He continuously repeated we could use a different gas company. Quite honestly he did not want to work today. That’s the end of the story. After everything supposedly was cleared up and our plumber arrived to clarify any questions he came up with more supposed code that we just double checked and it is non existent. He repeatedly contradicted himself in all he said. He even brought up how he was going to have difficulties running the outside line because of ‘trees’ IN A LOCATION EXACTLY WHERE THE ORIGINAL GAS LINE WAS RUN! His excuse: he just wants us to be ‘safe’. Mind you all that after laughing that we conducted a pressure test over a 72h timespan and he pointed out that theirs consists of 3 minutes - let’s talk about who’s safe here and who isn’t because after pulling up CODE for that WE did it correctly. Lost our business and we will certainly make sure non of our friends and family will use this business in the future. Since again, he did make sure to say ‘If you don’t like the way we do things you can take it somewhere else’ ?
