Great service. Sent instruments for repair and they were fixed and returned quickly. Recently, our mount for the depth gauge broke. The representative knew exactly what we needed and shipped it right out. We had it a couple of days later. Thank you!

These people are criminals. I had their system installed on a 2012 Coastal Craft boat. Although it worked okay, I had to have significant refitting done on the boat, and the Faria equipment was removed. I notified them on several times beginning October, 2018 to cancel the account/service, yet they continued to bill my credit card. I had to cancel the credit card, yet they continue to send me "e-bill notifications" that require a username and password to even see the account. They claim that "your username and password were emailed to you previously." I don't have the username and password, and they won't tell me. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, who contacted them on my behalf, but they refused to respond to BBB.
