This place is getting worse every time I come here. You check in and get to the warehouse that you loading out of and if it 2-4 you’ll wait 45-60 min for the lift operator to show up, then they have an attitude and won’t communicate with you to let you know how they gonna load you. While loading they won’t make sure the load is straight and if you ask them to fix it it’s like you asked them to sell a lung or something. Spent over 2 hours in here to do nothing. Wish they would hold shippers responsible for wasting our time especially when we don’t get paid for it!

I liked the visit personally. After checking in with security, drivers load around back. Directions to the loading site are clearly explained as the facility is a huge operation.
Kinda off the subject but relative to customer service & my ethnicity. The brothers operating the forklifts are professional and do what their hired to do. 4 operators checked with me confirming my load being gathered & loaded the trailer properly.
No horse playing or stopping to talk, no texting while operating equipment, or hiding behind stacks of Lumber afraid to do their job them boys loaded me right on up. 10 stars for the operations manager, them boys on point. After loading even the Shipping office was amazing giving instructions to proceed with using the tarping station to checkout for my bills.
I love my career ❤, observing my ethnicity do their job efficiently and effectively means we love our employer as a whole. Some places, various shippers, the employees standing behind everything hiding from workk receiving free pay & miserable smoking 5 cigarettes in 7 minutes complaining about everything they ain't gone do at work. Thanks Westervelt for the excellent service we as a community of Truckers appreciate the professionalism displayed throughout the facility.

If you're going to pick up a load be prepared for bad attitude and poorly loaded truck. I've loaded here several times and it hasn't changed. This time they loaded heavy on the drives , light on the tail . Attitude really gets bad if you ask them to do it right.

This place is awful when it comes to loading trucks! They have bad attitudes and load the loads wrong had my whole load loaded with 2×4's and then he realized they are supposed to be 2×6's.. took them all back off and reload. Then I was over on my weight ! Watch out this place is awful!

Ever since an "eye in the sky" started grading their lumber, it has been pure garbage.
