I have purchased two Glock Gen3 OEM slides (19, 26) so far and both were shipped promptly. I had purchased the "Package Guarantee" both times and I'm glad I did because UPS lost one of my slides in transit. UPS finished their investigation being unable to locate my package and Black Phoenix shipped out the replacement slide per the guarantee. This is an honest company I will be making many more purchases from in the future.

Top notch 🇺🇸 company! Great custom work. I have ordered from here multiple times. They ship quick and if there’s any issues with your order they call you(yes I said call) something most companies rarely do nowadays. My go to company. It feels good to support good people, I recommend you do the same. I dont write many reviews because most companies just do enough, and thats cool. Great place for OEM Glock parts. Their custom parts are nifty, but they are out of my price range. Customer service is great as well as they resolved an issue with an incorrect part by sending out another part immediately. Their occasional deals aren't better than other retailers but their order processing and shipping is very quick.

Buy all my lowers from here (Glock frames) and they come stippled already if you pick those, also have their slide on my 19x, perfect fit for a radian ramjet and afterburner, not to mention the window cuts make it look amazing!

Decent pricing but absolutely horrible customer service from my experience. I would 100% recommend not spending the time/energy with this company. I have a credit with them and have gotten an error message every time I try to use it (at least 20 different times). I have done everything they have asked me to do: called my bank, tried different web browsers/different computers, cleared all my history/caches and still am unable to use the credit with them. However when I made my initial purchase they were happy to charge my card and take my money. It would be very simple to place the order over the phone but they refuse to do so, so I'm out $80.

Update:
I still wasn't able to get my credit card to process but they did have a LaborDay sale that allowed me to checkout using my credit without entering my credit card information. Order was processed quickly. I do appreciate how quickly they get stuff done there. They are a quality company with quality items and great pricing.
