Sweitzer’s made renting a dumpster a quick, pain-free experience. I've rented dumpsters before and have not had a good experience with other companies. The price was extremely reasonable; the staff was very professional and pleasant. They stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process. I will recommend them for sure. Great service for a great price! Always have a great experience when dealing with the office staff. One time I even ordered a second bin rental and they went above and beyond and walked it all the way down my long driveway for me and placed the new bin next to my existing bin when they delivered it. It’s those little things that make such a big difference in a company! Highly recommend!

We have been utilizing Sweitzer in Madison for residential trash and recycling for three years. I cannot say enough about them. They have never missed a pickup and are great communicators. In addition to providing calendars which outline holidays and schedules, they send reminder emails in advance of holidays. They also reach out when there is inclement weather, but we have never had our trash pickup delayed for weather. For me, Sweitzer is fantastic and provides peace of mind when it comes to my families waste needs. You also can’t beat their prices. I can’t recommend them enough!!

We've been with Sweitzer waste service for a while and not once have we had any push back for getting help, the service is awesome and our trash has always been picked up on schedule unless for some unforeseen circumstances i.e. weather, driver sickness, etc. Again thank you so much.

I am not a Sweitzer waste customer. But my neighbors are. And every week on pick up day there ends up being pieces of trash littered throughout the neighborhood.

Signed up for seasonal service. Of ~8 weeks of service, had to call back at least 5x where they missed pick ups. Some required multiple follow-ups.

The last time, trash and recycling was full and was forced to put the cans in my car and get a dump sticker to take the trash and recycling to Clinton Transfer station.

They don’t answer calls during business ours as published. Called 9:30am this week and the recording said their office was closed.

They don’t call you back when they say they will. Several follow calls just to cancel service.

And, they gave me a hard time on cancelling service for the season and asking for a refund for specific weeks where they failed to pick-up.

Would not recommend them, a few local companies offer the same service.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Called after-hours Sunday night for a 3-day rental. Received a phone call back at 7AM and dumpster was delivered the by 10AM. Will DEFINITELY do business again soon! Highly recommend. Affordable, great communication and very friendly. Thanks again John for your fast response.

Sweitzer missed the pickup of my completely filled trash receptacle on 8/7/23. Calls to the office were made each day since and every call ended with a promise to send a truck over shortly. Still waiting on 8/12.
