I want to thank Dr. Scott and Kat for ensuring that I had an overall smooth experience with my wisdom tooth extraction. I've been going to this dentist for 25 years, and lately, they've been a total letdown. They send out a text to confirm appointments a couple of days before, but don't even bother to update their records. I showed up twice with a confirmed appointment text, only to be told I didn't have an appointment that day. The front desk staff couldn't care less about the inconvenience they caused.

The cherry on top was that I was scheduled for a 9 am this morning, never received a confirmation text, and called 3 times between 8-8:30 am, left a message and never heard back.

The only positive aspect is the hygienist, Ashton. She's friendly and does a great job, but that's about it. Look elsewhere for a dentist that actually values your time and keeps their records up to date.

Lack of knowledge and unprofetional pt service.
Call after call by different people to ask the same question, ever the hygienist got involved to tell me the doctor is not in the office to day and i am going to cancel your kids appontments.
Go clean some teeth you are so rude. You have a job because of pts.
