Tony and Carol were absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and capable. I texted Tony on a Sunday (cringe) when our old well pump died, and he was at our house first-thing on Monday morning. A previous installer had made it impossible to pull the old (dead) well pump out by hand, so after several attempts, Tony (standing in the bucketing-down rain), came up with a new plan.

Later that day, he arrived with an excavator and, with Carol's help, extracted the pump 10 feet at a time. It was a tricky, finicky endeavor, and they handled it beautifully.

Their rates were incredibly reasonable, and along with the speedy response, lightning-fast problem solving, and friendly service, Savinelli Well Drilling is at the top of the list of home repair/reno vendors we've worked the last ten years. I plan to recommend them to everyone I know.

Tony was recommended by multiple people, came out got the job done and in the interim of drilling a new well, hooked us up with water.

As a life long mechanic with a bit of construction under my belt I instinctively know when someone is just trying to sell me something for money's sake as if you can't explain it simply with a non condescending confidence to putt my mind at ease, I will figure out why? So I called as I had no water and no clue why! Tony and his son showed after a obvious long day on job and went out of there way to me. Tony Jr took his time to help me understand the where and why of my water system. They came on a Saturday and a couple hundred feet of new pvc pipe we were all good.

Tony is one of the good ones! He's semi retired so hes difficult to get a hold of but if you do, it is worth it. He is very knowledgeable with his industry, very honest, and his prices are unbeatable. For a $2k job his prices were $600 less than other companies.
