Horrible. Bought a gas range and fryolator and had them special order me a gas steam table they did not have in stock. I picked up steam table got it home and open it to find a electric steam table, I called and they told me I could return it but they weren't going to pick it up. I drive and hour back to return it and THEN they tell me 20% re stock fee applies. I said you gave me wrong appliance - they scream 'you signed for model xyz, you got model xyz.' I said I never asked for THAT model xyz, just a gas model and your employee ordered the wrong model. Too bad they say. I won't pay a restock fee for your mistake, fighting it out with credit card company. Beware of dishonest bad business practices.

If I can, I want to give them -100 stars. They sold used broken little freezer for $900. My husband asked them to be fixed and said can’t do anything. We only use this for one night and killed my food and which cost hundreds. Everybody in paradise said has no responsibilities on this. This is scam. You better not go there.

Make sure you read your contacts carefully. They like to keep your large deposits you give to do projects. They feed you bs until your last check is wrote then they tell you 10 reasons why you don't get your deposit back. Next restaurant project won't be through them.

We've gone there several times for different items. The selection is great and the prices are VERY reasonable. The staff isn't always the most helpful but I suspect it's because they don't deal with the general public very often--mostly restaurant chains and such. Either way, I'll go back again.

Love this place, They've Got everything from teaspoons to Giant Ovens at great low prices!! Very friendly and helpful employees too! Not to mention they are open to all and everyone, restaurant or for yourself! Ill definitely go back soon.
