First THANK YOU Jeremy! Your work and installation is OUTSTANDING! At first glance I was taken aback upon how neat, straight and precise your work is. The new, I should say updated system is making dividends in the first 24 hours of operation. This process of selecting and scheduling was seamless. Scott and Paddy were excellent! They arrived a few hours after I called with the necessary parts to fix my well pump. Not only were they knowledgeable about my well pump, but they also educated me on my geothermal system, water treatment, and plumbing. Unlike many techs I've hired, they were happy to answer all my questions. It is obvious Scott has lots of experience and takes his career very seriously. We woke this morning to NO water! I looked online for a local well service company and found Water-Flo had great reviews. I called at 8 am and Jamie answered my call immediately! She quickly created my account and scheduled a technician for 9 am! I just could not believe this service!!! At 9 am sharp, I met the owner, Scott, who was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He walked us through his methodical diagnosis process and within 30 minutes he had narrowed down the problem source, and then left to get all the parts he would need. He was back by 10:30 and our well pump was out and replaced, and all wires inspected and repaired. By 1:00, we had water again!! It was such a pleasure to work with this company and I would highly recommend them. We discovered that we had several mutual friends and other connections. It's a small world and it pays to shop local. If I could give 6 stars...I would!

WaterFlo was recommended by a local plumber who didn't want crawl space work, and promised WaterFlo would do good a fine job at a fair price. The owner, Scott, came out the same day we called. He crawled in, removed the shot expansion tank, replaced it about an hour, and corrected a problem with our water softer as well. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and yes, reasonably priced. Absolutely highly recommended.

Water-Flo has been exceedingly responsive, timely, communicative and professional. Did not try to oversell, talked me out of something I thought I needed, convincing me that it would be a waste of money. Installation was very clean, expertly done. Every single one of their employees I have had contact with, either via phone or in person, has been polite, professional and responsive. Plus, they take credit cards, expertly use e-mail and text for notices, estimates, billing and take online payment. I would not hesitate to recommend Water-Flo services and will call them again if there are any future issues with our home's well-water.
