I worked at Fosdick Wallingford. Every morning they do a morning meeting with 100 employees for 10 minutes and talk about same stupid stuff over and over again. They have 3-4 supervisors in that building, literally not a single supervisor has any idea what’s going on around them. They run around all day like a headless chicken. Mostly i worked on the production side but here and there i used to help in the receiving area. Production was really bad, there was no teamwork at all. I really liked receiving area, those people actually were good, all employees in receiving they respect their supervisor and they listened to him, there was teamwork. The craziest thing was they let their best supervisor go few months ago. That supervisor (Arafat) was one of the best i have ever seen in my life, he was organized and receiving looked so good when he was there. The only person who knew what’s going on with anything that was him. It was really sad when he left because i really liked going back to receiving and help him out.
I left after working there for a year or so. They(sups+hr) lie too much with employees.

OTR DRIVERS:
No Overnight Parking on the street but maybe they'll let you park at the dock doors area.
The shipping door docks entrance is on Barnes Industrial Parkway & Receiving door docks are on Enterprise Rd.
Receiving hours are Mon - Fri 8 am - 4 pm. Must have an appointment. Quick unloading

Recieving very cooperative and polite, excellent service. If arriving during night can park at dock until opening at 08.00 am.

I find it funny that they deleted all the 1 start comments to make themselves look good. This was at 1 star review from a lot of people that work there as regular workers, supervisors, and any other terms of leadership had complain about this place. It is so sad and embarrassing to see that they really deleted everyone's review for them to be above 3 stars.
Pathetic they need smarter people in that company, not dumb women like them

This company has two lady's in management that wouldn't let any driver's use there Bathroom's. I really think if anyone especially me that needed to use the restroom at the time it was an emergency should be aloud to do so.. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩
