This church is a beautiful place for worship. I always leave feeling uplifted in the spirit and really hearing God’s word. God speaks through these wonderful people directly to us! The Gathering Place is a special place and everyone in the entire world needs to hear these messages. Pastor Matt is incredible and has set the bar as high as it possibly can go. I want everybody in the entire world to hear what he has to say. He listens to God so beautifully and I can’t wait to go to church!! I just moved to Charlotte for a job and its a dream of mine to find a church similar to the gathering place here. Regardless, I always listen to TGP messages online with my friend Kathryn! I couldn’t speak more highly of this place!! Church is so fun!!

I can not say enough wonderful things about TGP. From the first second my family stepped through those doors we have been received with loving and open arms. It has felt like home from day one. So many resources available here to help with your faith and walk with Christ. Your personal relationship with God is always the focus. Very thankful for this church. the Presence of the Holy Spirit is always present.

I've been going to the Gathering Place for about 2 months now, and I have to say this is the first church they welcomed me with open arms and treated me like family from day one. I would encourage anyone looking for a good church to visit the Gathering Place. Also, there's so many opportunities to serve. The church I grew up in cared more about how much money they had coming into the altar, than they did the people and their problems. The Gathering Place with pastor Matt was a breath of fresh air, that I desperately needed. Everyone there just loves you and accept you as family, they accept you just as you are. The people that attend the Gathering Place are being taught that they are lights of the world and that they are to go out and preach the gospel to every creature. Amen

My home! My family! Me and my family have been searching for a church for a lot of years but never did feel we were in the right one until now. Absolutely love this church. They speak the truth. They don't sugarcoat it. The anointing is very present. This church charges you to really want to live every single day for Christ. They come along side of you mentoring and loving. It really is unlike any church I've ever had the honor of being a part of! Thank you Gathering Place for shining so bright in a dark and hungry world.

Honestly, when you look for a church you should be looking for the presence of Holy Spirit. And it’s here. Everything else is not important. When the fruit of the spirit is there you know Jesus is present. If you want a church follows the word instead of the world, it’s here. If you want comfortable Christianity it isn’t for you. If you want to live the life God created for you… it’s here.
