Will is amazing. From the first phone call to the assist at the end of the day, he was professional, understanding, and came through for me. He listened to my issues, assisted with new and old laptop and held my hand all the way through. And may I add, was trustworthy and quick. I recommend 110%%

For most emergencies, we dial 911. But there's no such number for a sick (or, in my case, dying) computer. Except there is. I just called Will and am delighted I did! He not only took my laptop immediately but got it up and working within 3 hours. Where I thought I might have to find a replacement, I was working on my existing laptop that afternoon. And that's because of Will. He's knowledgeable, reliable, affordable and, most importantly, available. In short, I cannot recommend him more highly.
