Purchased a new GE washer & dryer set from Dave at Shore Appliances. He was extremely helpful showing us all our options but also not being too pushy. They also price match most of the big box stores which I was unaware of. Install with Jake and team the following week was seamless and super helpful in explaining all the features to my husband. The next day we had a slight "user error" issue, totally our fault, but they were so helpful and even arranged to have someone come out the same day to troubleshoot. Thank you all--we'll definitely be back for our next appliance upgrades.

Ordered a new washer online on Saturday. Got a call Monday morning to schedule delivery for Wednesday. Eric and Lloyd called 10 minutes before arrival and were very pleasant and professional during the delivery. They took the old washer away and hooked up the new one in less than 10 minutes. My husband and I bought a washer and dryer last week and had a fantastic experience. Our salesperson Michael was kind, helpful, and helped us pick out the perfect items much more quickly than I expected. Our delivery guys Eric and Lloyd were friendly and efficient. I purchased an Amanda washer in August 23 from Shore Appliance and it went bad last week (out of 1 year warranty by a couple months). I wasn’t happy that it was going to cost me for a repair. With that, I wrote a horrible review. I next got a call from the Shore Appliance owner who said they would come look at it at no cost to me. The owner himself came, worked on it, and determined it would be best just to replace it with another washer of my choice with a full refund on the original washer. I’m so glad that my faith in the small businesses has been restored. Thank you
