Officially the most disrespectful place I have ever been to. Show up at 2pm and asked guard where to park, he showed me the staging area and told me I could check in at 6pm. Walked into the receiving office at 5:50pm and waited with six other drivers only to go track someone down in the break room an hour later that told us they were coming in at 9pm because the Super Bowl was on. When they finally showed up they were super disrespectful and made fun of drivers for showing up at 6pm. Fire the whole staff and get a better operations coordinator. I doubt I’ll be out of here before the morning time.

Honestly this place is a hit or miss. Some days will be good & some days will be bad. For the most part they’ll b more bad days than good days. Do not arrive earlier then 2 hrs before your appt. time. Check in is done over the phone. Must call the number to check in. Ample space to dock. Unloading time is pretty decent. Getting your lumper & paperwork signed is the real delay. Typical grocery chain warehouse.

This place is horrible, slow as hell and the employees are so reuse and disrespectful to truck drivers that actually keep them in business and over night the warehouse workers smoke weed you can smell it all outside by the dock doors! This place is horrible! Security is useless they don’t do anything but give drivers a headache! This place is a wreck dealing with food products it should be more clean than it is! They take forever to give back paperwork and are clueless to what the next person is doing! AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

My experience here was so so got here at 10pm for 12am appt park in staging area don't call number on guard shack I think that is somebody's house🤣...walk bills on crosswalk to receiving office. Was put on door immediately. Lumper fee is kind of high but its the extreme Northeast so go figure....6 hours later was rolling out...no overnight parking eventho there was a driver trying it when I left but would deliver here again time consuming but have been to worst...also plenty of room to maneuver

Trash, absolutely trash. They are Firm with the appointment time! Will not take early or late! When you arrive for appointment on time they will take 2 hours to get you to a door and 4 more hours to complete the unload! Absolutely trash company

I read the reviews before I showed up at this location and I’m curious how it’ll go to my turn. I showed up at 6 pm even my appointment is at 2 am. I checked in, I got the dock and unloaded by 9 pm. It was quick and smooth. I don’t know if it’s just my good luck. Hopefully everyone will experience the same in the future.

I have read a number of reviews that seemed to suggest that this is not a good place to get unloaded or deliver. While I can't speak for others I can certainly speak for myself. I found this location to be a very good place to deliver to. When I arrived I met with the guard at the gate. I got out of my vehicle and presented my paperwork. I found that the guard was very helpful and receptive to putting me in touch with the correct people. Perhaps other drivers just stay in their cabs and don't interact. If that's the case that may explain some of the less than favorable results.

Likewise, I found that speaking with the receptionist inside while dropping off a few items was also a good experience. I found her to be pleasant efficient and helpful. When I left I held the door for somebody and that had the unexpected benefit of the guard probably seeing me and helping me in return by holding the door for me. I guess the moral of all of this is if you are nice to others, while there is no guarantee that they will be nice to you. the odds are greatly improved if you are.

I had a shipment to be delivered to this place. They told me that the product had to be delivered to their second building. They claimed the buyer made this request recently which cost me 3grand. I had to cancel all my other appointments because this place refused to take the products off my truck and transfer it to the other building on there own. When I asked for options, I was told that I could take the shipment back to the original pick up location which was over 800 miles away. Owner operators, avoid this place like the plague. They do not care that you are a small business. They do not care about your loss of revenue that will impact your ability to manage your business and or care for your families. My appointment was for 8pm. I arrived early. It is 5:29am now. I'm still here.
