I cannot rave enough about the service I received from Matt Zadroga of Gas Appliance and Fireplace LLC. Because of an unfortunate gas leak in my range stovetop the SCG had to turn off gas to stove. Here we are. 4 days before Christmas and I’m expecting 10 people for dinner. Matt to the rescue. Despite being very busy at this time of the year Matt came out 4 pm on a Saturday. Installed a new shut off valve and fixed the problem with the leak. He is very professional, knowledgeable, reliable and was very neat when repairing gas line etc. I know it was difficult for him to fit me in his schedule but he did. Best plumber ever! He deserves more than 5 stars. I’m looking forward to him coming back and fixing my fireplace.

I had another company come out a few times for the same problem with my gas fireplace costing me a small fortune only to still have the problem. I called Matt who came out and fixed it right for a fraction of what I spent with the other company. If you need a repair on your gas appliance, call Matt !

I can't say enough good things about Matt and Gas Appliance & Fireplace Service. The customer service alone would have warranted a 5 star review, however Matt's knowlege and experience in the industry were evident from the moment he arrived. I had another (much larger gas company) come out for service when the fireplace stopped working. They charged over $200, just to come out and (wrongfully) diaganose the issue. They stated that I needed a $400 part and there would be another service charge to installt the part.

Matt came out, cleaned the fireplace and assembly thoroughly and had it working immediately. No new parts needed and he was less expensive! I will never use anyone else again!

Matt did an excellent job of installing my Hampton Propane Fireplace. He is attentive to detail, which is especially important when dealing with explosive gas, and he is customer-service focused. If you call Matt with a question, he always gets back to you ASAP. When the town inspector approved the installation, he praised the quality of Matt's work, which was great to hear, although I already had confidence in Matt's honesty, reliability, and his expertise in regard to his profession. I am so glad that Matt did the installation. It was a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a truly professional installation.

Matt is great. He did an excellent job cleaning and servicing our gas fireplace. He also helped us out in an emergency, walking us through instructions on the phone. He has lots of experience, and knows his stuff; took the time to answer our questions thoroughly. He is very friendly and personable. This is my first propane fireplace, so I wanted to make sure that it was running smoothly, and I chose Matt because of his good reviews. 2 months after moving in, the pilot went out, so I called Matt and he responded quickly and set up an appointment for within the week. He was friendly, knowledgeable, meticulous and clean. He shared his philosophy which was along the lines of “every job should be treated like your most important”.
