First time customer. I found Belltown through my local FB Group when someone recommended them. A spring broke in my garage door. I called Steve, he called me back promptly. Told me he had several stops that day and would be over toward the end of the day.

Later that day he came and fixed the garage door while also adjusting several other things that needed some fine tuning.

Steve knows his stuff, responds promptly and is fairly priced. Great job!

I'm actually upset with myself for having not left a review already on these wonderful folks. I can say I've honestly been blessed lately to have run into some great honest contractors over this past year. Steve from Belltown is one of them! He stayed in touch with me throughout the process and charged a fair price. After the doors came in, HE reached out to ME to confirm details and start time the week before the job. This showed me he was organized in running his business and took the time to confirm I was ready, instead of him just showing up. Months after he came back out without any problem at all to address a minor product related defect. He makes sure his customers are satisfied. Overall: He installed the doors in summer of 2021. The doors came out great, install is quality, and he took his time going over the details of the job and to answer any questions. Professional, quality, value, and HONEST.

I called Belltown to have a cable replaced. Steve arrived on time and ended up servicing both doors because he noticed some damaged pulleys and inadequate springs. We couldn’t be happier. FYI still waiting for a return phone call from Overhead Door
