East Hampton location was very helpful. We were replacing 30 year old wooden deck with Azek PVC deck boards and Color Guard Lincoln bronze railings. Products were excellent, prices were good compared to other sources. The customer service at Lyon & Billard was really helpful. At the end of the project, I was able to return the unused boards for credit.
I am a Do-It-Yourselfer and was able to complete the project with the helpful hints of the L&B staff and the manufacturer's YouTube videos. Did I mention that the delivery charge was only $20.

First visit was very nice. Quick qote on my project, decent prices. But when I came back less than an hour, everything was different, I added few items and noticed the prices went up even for the quote given.
I dont feel like its worth having business with locals who appear to cheat. Try it yourself, may be you are going to have better experience.

Typical lumber supply. Not the fastest service, but once you get to the counter then they don't rush you either. Good quality lumber. Prices are in line with other lumber yards, slightly higher prices then the box stores.
