The warehouse is the worst, rude, always angry for no reason, they speak badly to you, you greet them and they don't respond..

Theres a bald guy in there that thinks he has hair but barely has 3 long hairs who is very ignorant & rude instead of helping the drivers so they know what they are doing gives them attitude

Upon checking in for a delivery appointment One staff member invited me into their office with a hand gesture and I politely waited while he finished his phone call, then receiving manager Mark entered and started asking what the hell I am doing there, was extremely rude and talked to me like I was beneath him..
If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on others, maybe try losing weight or go to a church, maybe you’d start feeling better about yourself 🤷🏻‍♂️

Anyway, there’s a few overnight parking spots so I atleast gave them one star for that

Here I am for the first time and naturally I needed additional clarifications about the unloading process. But the staff was not friendly. My presence was ignored and questions were answered reluctantly. But they unloaded quickly, despite the fact that I arrived 2 hours before appointment.

I OWNE THE PIZZA HOUSE EASTHAMPTON MASS. TERRIBLE BUSINESS TO BUY FROM. IF THEY DON'T PUT ITEM ON THE TRUCK, TO GET ORDER YOU HAVE TO ORDER 20 ITEMS TO HAVE IT DELIVERED, THIS IS CRAZEY, RUDE AS HELL!!!
