I was super impressed with how Richard Chevrolet quickly turned around my car purchase. My lease had ended and I still didn’t have another car in mind. Friday morning I was browsing the inventory and there it was the car I wanted a 2025 Chevy Traverse. Reasonable price and all the bells and whistle I wanted. Called spoke to David McKenna, very knowledgeable about the SUV and we decided to put a deposit on it. I was able to trade in a Subaru and turn in my leased Buick the next day all at once.
Kevin Losacco who handles all the paperwork was super efficient and detailed with all the information I was signing. Offered a great 7 year warranty package I needed to feel 💯 comfortable buying instead of leasing. The turnaround was less than 28 hours and home with a new car.

Bob Dreier was extremely helpful from the get-go, starting from our first telephone interaction. He found an exact match for my preferred Equinox EV option set and color, and had it there and ready for my purchase and pick up within two days, exceeding my expectations in every way.
I was already comfortable with this dealership as Frank (body shop) had done a very good job repairing my 2013 Volt on two occasions, in 2013 and 2022. I have been very pleased previously with the EV service technicians on staff there also, from servicing my Volt, which I enjoyed owning for 12 years.
The Equinox EV is a tour de force in terms of both its design and its engineering. I'm enjoying the driving experience so far. It is a top notch product, much more advanced than my friend's new Toyota Rav4 Hybrid which I experienced for the first time yesterday. Bravo to Bob and the full Richard Chevy team!
