We had called our regular copier repair company, they were unable to give us a specific date to come out to repair our Konica Minolta copier. All we could get for an answer was the next few days, making difficult to run our business. We called Mark at Candlewood and he came out the next day. Looked over our machine diagnosed the problem and within a few days we had the part replaced and were back in business. Very happy with the service, excellent response time and professional manner. I met Mark Gingold, owner of Candlewood Business Systems, today for the first time to repair my Ricoh copier.
