WOW! This place is the real deal, folks. They do all kinds of big, complicated jobs, but I only needed a small one and therefore feared I might not get the priority I needed. Not so! They made a custom catch pan for my water heater, which is in a rather awkward location, and the finished product was way beyond my expectations. It was practically a work of art and the measurements, which Vince took over the phone, were spot on. This was a major relief because I had no wiggle room at all. They were also able to work it in fast, which saved me and my family much grief.

You can count on the good folks at Lanbro Sheet Metal, Inc. to take your request seriously and do the job right in a timely manner. They're a 5-star business for sure.

Dropped off a piece for my motorcycle to have a small piece of metal welded on. Was told it would be 3 days and $30. I called on the day it was supposed to be ready, and it wasn't ready. That's fine... I was in no hurry. He said the following Monday I could pick it up. So I waited till Monday and called again, and again it wasn't ready. I asked when it would NOW be ready? I was told that they had lots of work and wasnt able to get to it yet. He told me to give him two more days. I called again two days later and it still wasn't ready. I then asked how long was it going to be until it was ready, he said tomorrow. I then asked how much it was going to be, which he then quoted me $50. I asked if there was a discount for being late not once, not twice, but three times. He then said "Come pick up your piece, we can't do it!" and abruptly hung up on me. Top Notch customer service there, and that's from the Owner of the business. Sad that I was referred to this company from another, and was told they were good people. Sad that this is what "good people" is referred to now as. Take your business elsewhere, these guys are worthless.
