Poor customer service for in house service! 2000 hr maintenance on a cat skid was estimated at 3800$ for service labor fluids and filters!
They did not itemize any of the cost on estimate nor when emailed and contacted via text, stating they would reach out received no response!

Brought in a skid loader to be serviced. It took 3 employees to figure out what a basic machine service was. They also require credit card authorization before they perform any work. When I challenged it, they said its company policy to protect themselves. Perfectly characterizes their level of customer service. 6 weeks back logged for an oil/filter change. 6 months or more delayed if you need parts or repairs. Total joke of a service department. Find yourself an independent diesel mechanic, if you can. They've lost my trust and business forever.

I dropped off my machine, they had a crew help me unload and park. I am just an operator, I don't know anything about maintenance. They helped me identify what service is recommend by Caterpillar and everything! They were able to schedule my work in a reasonable amount of time, promising a date to begin and explaining everything up front. They are true experts, professional every step of the way. My skid steer is in good hands. My corvette is jealous!
