I have to agree with the other (low) ratings. The app simply does not work. Cannot log in, or successfully reset the password so that the app opens. No answer from customer service. I was able to get in to the system by resetting the password and using the web page that it took me to, but I've had to do this each time I have parked. Problem is, at Darien there is no other choice at the moment (that I know of).

Paid for parking at Darien which it lists as being agreed with and turns out I still got a $30 ticket. With nothing else to do at the moment I really want everyone to know this company is a piece of junk. I’d assume most are wiser than me to trust this garbage. Thanks for making me appease a parking ticket, worthless wouldn’t even wipe my you know what with this app
