I give them a low score because I’ve been there a lot of times and if I repeat my order several times to the cashier then why is it wrong. At least put the slow people on something that is much slower than taking orders. Maybe trash detail or cleaning detail or cleaning the eating area, because taking orders isn’t it. I ask for no cheese on my steak biscuits and I got cheese, these cost too much to mess up. I have 2 messed up steak biscuits and the phone number doesn’t work and nobody answers the phone it sounds like a fax machine number. I’m pissed because I spent $24.41 and it was my money I spent for a messed up order and nobody can answer the phone. Now I have to force myself to eat some of it but my stomach is going to be upset, cause I’m allergic to cheese.

Hopefully they’re doing construction to sell it to a different owner so it can run the correct way. They’re under construction and it states on their website and their sign that drive thru is open. No it’s not!! You do know it takes 10 minutes to change a sign and the website. Please hire people who know what they’re doing. 5 cars went through the parking lot in front of me to find out the same as us. They all went to Hardee’s next door.

Got 2 quarter pounders that are raw. Right after McDonald’s just had a nationwide ecoli outbreak. Attempted to call multiple times, they apparently just keep the line busy so no calls can get through.

This McDonald's was slow in business on a Saturday afternoon. Took over 40 minutes to get food from the counter. Drive through was clear, and when cars rolled up and was getting their food as I was waiting for mine that I ordered prior to getting there. The manager said they were busy, but they were not. The sodas tasted like the nozzles were never cleaned and had mildew in them. I suggest by passing this location.....

I go to this McDs almost every morning. Most of the time they are 100%. But do not go on Sundays!! Everytime I go on Sunday my biscuit is hard as a rock. Had to throw most of the biscuit away. They should be ashamed for selling them like that. To makes matters worse we had to pull over to wait for my order. We sat out there at least 5 minutes which would of been fine if the food was fresh!

Went 8:30 am for breakfast had to wait along with every car in the drive through 8 vehicles took down all signage for collectors cups and said we don't have them.food was nasty after waiting forever we usually go to the one in Fayetteville tn I won't go to this one again
