They sent me progress pictures and explained everything in great detail, so I always knew what was going on. The fact that they even worked weekends to make sure my car was ready on time shows their dedication to their customers. I never wrote reviews but I felt I needed to for this shop. I highly recommend Sandman’s Automotive, the shop is so genuinely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They were quick with my service and the shop is very clean. You can tell dedication and expertise go into their work. There is no run around here which is why I will keep coming back. My car was taken care of in a timely fashion well before I expected it to be done.. I’d recommend this place to anyone , thanks Sandmans!

Great quality rebuild on my 2003 Jeep Wrangler. Cut out and replaced rusted frame, new engine. Wanted money up front but that is expected with this type of work and scope of the job. Highly recommend based on the skill and quality of the welds, very clean.

Sandman's Automotive and Fabrication is a genuine shop.

Sandman, the owner, is a very nice, funny guy and is upfront and straightforward and was honest about everything always.

If there were other problems that I was not aware of he had informed me right away and we had taken care of it in a professional manner

The shop is really well kept and honestly the most well-kept shop I have seen.

He put my vehicle on the lift and had shown me every problem that needed tending to and gave me a good, very accurate estimate.

after the job was done (frame repair mainly) I inspected the truck once again on the lift and they had done a spectacular job

Me being a welder for multiple years, of course, I had inspected all the welds and was genuinely impressed with the great quality steel and welds

Sandman's also did some mechanical repair to my truck and I must say they did not miss a thing nothing was done wrong or half-ass and only high-quality parts were used.

Afterwards, like always I inspected the whole car to make sure no damage was done. There was not a single difference from when I left it to when I came back.

I am very happy with my care and I 10/10 would return.

Good welding and fab work but poor customer service and not willing to work with me when an issue came up....find somewhere else......Went here to have the frame on my 1994 Toyota pickup fixed and the frame to be undercoated to prevent future rust. As part of the frame repair I was told they would need to remove the fuel tank and that they would need to install a new fuel pump at that time. When I picked up the truck, frame was not under coated and owner acted like he had no idea I wanted that. We went back and forth a few times but in the end, he had my truck for 6 weeks and I just needed it back. Upon driving home, truck was stalling and bucking. I was able to determine it was a bad fuel pump that had just been installed. I called and asked if I could return the pump that had just been installed a week earlier and get a refund on the bad part (refund parts only, no labor cost requested to be refunded). Owner told me I supplied the part, which I did not so there was no warranty. I explained I didn’t supply the part and his immediate response was I didn’t bring it to him for warranty so he wouldn’t refund the bad part they installed. Was surprised seeing he could return the fuel pump and get a credit from the supplier and credit me the cost and we’d both be square.

Sandman’s Automotive is awesome! Very professional and the owner, Steve, is very knowledgeable and straightforward when discussing the issues that need to be fixed on your vehicle. Sandman’s fixed an electrical problem in my car for a great price, which would’ve cost me tons at the dealership! I also get my oil changes done there, in which are quick yet very efficient! Excellent service! I highly reccomend Sandman’s Automotive!
