I was looking for a fuel efficient
replacement for my daily driver. I went in to look at a Sonata Hybrid base model they had on their website. I ended up working with Erik. Unfortunately, the model on the website was at one of their other dealerships, but they had the same car in the Limited Trim. A 22 Sonata Hybrid Limited. Erik was very knowledgeable about the product, and showed me all of the features available. And it is a feature rich vehicle. So much so that I assumed there was no way the payment would work out. J.D. squashed that quickly, and got me approved at a reasonable and affordable price.

I took delivery the next day, Emily was a wonderful help in getting through all the paperwork quickly so I could be in and out. Then I found out that Erik had come in on his day off to deliver the vehicle for me.

The whole staff, in my opinion, went above and beyond for me. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking at Hyundai to come give these guys a chance.

Emily Solla did an amazing job walking me through all the pertinent aspects of my contracts and additional ad-on options for my consideration. Since this was my first purchase of a brand new vehicle in the US, I felt like she had my interests at heart and that made me feel way better about the whole purchasing process.

From the sales department, Mohamed Aljahmee did a good job with the negotiation process, test drive, and eventual vehicle collection process. However, overall, the sales department could definitely do better by being more listening of what I want as a customer rather than trying to push me to quickly conclude on a sale deal.

We bought a brand new palisade 23, never came with wheel lock key and when I told the people there they keep passing me around and not owning up to it. Absolutely rubbish customer service. They just want to sell the cars and on to the next customer.

Azee Aljahmee is the best car salesman I've worked with and I visited many dealerships across car brands. He is not only honest but worked to get me a great deal. He patiently answered my 20 questions and encouraged me to call him if I thought of more! And he has a great sense of humor.
