Ordered a Kala Baritone Ukulele in from them and they got the order in right away and for a very good price. The one that initially arrived from the manufacturer was damaged either from the start or during shipping to the store so they immediately sent for a new one. The next one that came was spotless. The store handled this incident very well and I love my new instrument; the customer service was excellent and I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are in the area, buy from here and not from Amazon!

My son has been taking lessons here for a little over a year and we absolutely love it. Very accommodating if you have scheduling issues or need help renting/buying the instrument. I did wish they had more instructors but that seems to be an availability of teachers issue not a store issue. Highly recommend.
