I worked at this company for a year and ran a whole department. The boss would do nothing all day except sit on his phone and demand people work harder. Avoid this company at all costs

This company has become unprofessional and vendors to deal with. They don’t even answer the phones. Trying to find my order placed over a week ago. Smirks have received this order the next business day. No sign of it and no one is answering the phones or returning phone calls after leaving multiple messages. Awful!!!

We have been working with this company for over 25 years. We have order over 120,000. of the jewelry repair envelopes. I called on 4/25/23 to check on our order that was placed 2/27/23 and paid for and they told me another three weeks. This is something they use to do in 3 to 4 weeks tops. They don’t have a problem collecting the money up front but they can’t deliver. This company has become UNRELIABLE, no excuses.
