Formal Complaint Regarding Unlawful Disclosure of Personal Information, Retaliation, and Hostile Work Environment**

To whom these concern

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a series of deeply concerning incidents that have occurred during my employment at Customs Assembly. These incidents have not only violated my privacy and professional dignity but have also created a hostile and toxic work environment that has severely affected my mental and emotional well-being.

Disclosure of Personal Information:
Without my consent, Customs Assembly disclosed my private sexual orientation to my coworkers. This is a clear violation of my privacy and has led to significant distress. Sharing such sensitive information without permission is not only unprofessional but also a breach of ethical and potentially legal standards.

Retaliation for Going to HR:
After this disclosure, I rightfully approached HR to address the issue, only to experience retaliatory behavior. Instead of resolving the situation, my colleagues and supervisors began to treat me with the utmost disrespect, avoiding me and fostering an environment of isolation and exclusion. This retaliatory treatment is unacceptable and has made it impossible for me to perform my job duties effectively.

Hostile Work Environment:
As a direct result of both the disclosure and retaliation, my work environment has become unbearably uncomfortable. I have been treated with contempt, avoided by coworkers, and subjected to unprofessional behavior that has made it clear I am no longer welcome. This treatment has caused significant emotional distress, to the extent that I have had to seek psychiatric help to cope with the situation.

The combination of these actions has severely impacted my mental health and overall well-being, and I believe they violate my rights as an employee under anti-discrimination laws.

Appointment time for 10:30 when you pull up to the gate if you look to your left there is a door on the north side of the building that is where you will need to go to check in.

Got a door right away and as soon as we got docked we started to get loaded.

Everyone was SUPER nice and friendly.

Exit to the left side of the docks ( opposite side of the entrance gate )

Would definitely pickup again from this location.

Stop the cap on these bad reviews. My appointment was for 9 am. I got there about 7:50 am and received a door about 8:00, 8:30 I’m gone. Super nice and very fast loading

I got to give 4 stars. They deserve them. Reading the other reviews ,maybe I was lucky. Got there at 5pm with an appointment at 8am the next day. Got unloaded in 15 minutes. Big parking across the street to take your break. Happy trails.

No communication. Told to go to 1 door, sat for 2 hrs and they tell me to move to another door. After 1 guy came out to verify info at 1st door. Saw 4 drivers come and go. After on 2nd door was fast load. Plenty of room to back. Area to break. Nice staff just need to work on communication. All said, not a bad do to go to.
